Corporate giving that your employees believe in.

4Impact helps companies design charitable giving, employee engagement, and community impact programs that reflect your values — and produce outcomes worth being proud of.

Corporate philanthropy is having a hard moment. It doesn't have to be yours.

Employees are more skeptical of corporate giving than they've ever been. Customers are watching more closely. Leaders are being asked to explain not just what the company gives, but why, and what it actually produces.

That's an opportunity, not a problem. Companies that give with real intention — clearly tied to their values, transparent about outcomes, and genuinely engaging their people — build trust that no marketing campaign can buy. 4Impact helps you get there.

How we work with companies.

A clear approach, right-sized to your company

  1. Discovery. We meet with leadership (and often employees) to understand your values, current giving, and what you want your corporate philanthropy to say.

  2. Strategy. We meet you where you are, from (re)defining goals to conceptualizing approaches.

  3. Implementation. We research partners, design programs, and support you through launch.

  4. Stewardship. We help you track outcomes, refresh the strategy annually, and communicate impact to your people and stakeholders.
